Designs and Pricing
At ACT Studios we offer the full service from start to finish! No contacting draftees to do your plans, then a consultant to lodge them, then multiple trades to do the work, not to mention either doing an owner builder course or finding a builder to take the project on. We take care of everything, including design and drafting, approvals, site works, plumbing, electrical, material supply, construction, and project management. All of our prices below are based on including an ensuite sized bathroom and a kitchenette, but we are happy to customise to any size and design.
All prices are inclusive of approvals and site works as well as pc items and include an ensuite and kitchenette as standard. We can of course customise to your needs!
